APTITUDE & CAREER DISCOVERY TEST

YouScience is helping to better align talent, education, and industry by addressing the exposure gap.

Our engaging brain games uncover what students naturally do well and how they solve problems – without feeling like just another test. Performance measures of aptitudes go beyond what students see around them and help expand their vision of opportunity and possibility

We use psychometrically-valid brain games to uncover natural talents, then combine those aptitude measures with an interest component to generate a personalized profile. Within their profiles, students can explore their strengths, review best-fit career matches, and develop affirmative language for resumes, applications, and interviews.
